turn signal flasher

can somebody plz tell me where this is located on a TA.. i have a diagram for it but lets just say its inconclusive....

Under the driver side dash behind some wires and stuff. Looks like a silver cylinder.

I believe its at the front end of the center counsole..under the radio...

some one double check me...
