installing door lock cylinder
I'm having a problem getting the lock cylinder to stay in place. It keeps coming loose after a couple of weeks of driving.
I replaced the passenger door cylinder because of an attempted break-in before I owned it (screw-driver/ice pick?). The lock cylinder was just loose and hanging in there.
Anyway, the c-clip/shim thingy that slides between the outer door skin and the lock cylinder seems to have enough tension, but keeps coming loose after a few weeks.
Am I missing some sort of keep for the c-clip? I can't seem to find a parts list or exploded diagram for it.
Thanks!
