WS6 A/C blows warm at idle, cool when cruising?

WS6 A/C blows warm at idle, cool when cruising? Did a search, could not find anything........, A/C blows warm at idle, but then blows cooler (not ice cold like I think it should, it is 100+ out here) when cruising. Anybody know if thats normal for these cars or is something wrong? Thanks for any help!
