Well if theres no fuel pressure, could be a bad fuel pump or something, maybe even a heavily clogged fuel filter. It throwing any codes?

How does it "appear" that the fuel isnt getting to the engine? The only way to know this is to either disconnect a fuel line and operate the fuel pump or to check pressure with a guage. If its been sitting for a year, I'd almost bet the gas has gone bad.

Start with the basics, spark, fuel, etc. Does the car crank or not?

That's right... definitely gotta check the fuel pressure with a guage at the fuel rail. If that's ok check for spark. If you have spark, make sure you have the right wires to the right plugs from the distributor. If you have spark (and fuel) but the wrong firing order, you have to correct that. If all that checks out, put new gas in it. You may have to cyphen out the old gas.
You could also try to cyphen some of the gas and see if that gas will run a lawn mower. Lawn mower carbs hate bad gas.
