Installing New Window Motor? DOES ANYONE KNOW A LINK OR KNOW HOW TO INSTALL A WINDOW MOTOR I REMOVED MY DOOR PANEL TO SEE IF I COULD FIGURE IT OUT..SINCE I USED TO BE A CAR AUDIO INSTALLER...BUT OH HELL NO THERE IS NO WAY TO GET TO THE MOTOR 
...ANY INPUT WOULD BE APPRECIATED

Follow that link religiously, it's a great help. Be careful not to snap the tabs off of your door panel, be gentle with it.
Other than that, it's not a big task to handle, $55 motor with lifetime warranty is more than worth it.
