Default Strange noise

When I am driving I hear this scrubbing noise on the back passenger side of my car. It happens faster when I increase in speed. I am thinking its a brake rotor. Any ideas guys?

nah, its like a periodic, brief kind of scrubbing noise that happens when the wheel hits a certain spot.
