Weird problem... Well just recently I noticed that if I turn my engine off, and then try to start it back up within like 30-45 seconds, it'll be really hard to start. It'll try to turn over 3 or 4 times but won't start. It almost feels like a fuel issue, feels like trying to start a carbed engine without pumping the gas. Is it normal, is my fuel pump failing?
