pcv valve

Default pcv valve

can somebody tell me where the pcv valve is located? the dealer wants $150 to replace it so i figured i would do it myself.

It's on the passenger side of the intake manifold. Follow the rubber hose hooked to the pass. side of the throttle body. It's about 1/2 way between the front and rear of the intake by the valve cover. It's hard to believe the dealer wants a $150 for a $2 part and 5 minute job.

*edit* You have v6 in your name, if you do have a v6 I'm not sure if it's in the same place. I imagine it would be though. Just follow the rubber lines off your throttle body.

Doesn't surprise me any, most dealers are just about making that money. Thanx to my manuel and this site, I do all my repairs myself.

hahaha yeah $150 is a rip, do it yourself and save $145.
