I think most f-bodies have these squeaks and chirps. Both my 01' SS and 94' Z-28 have the same issue.

If you ever find the solution to this, let me know.

Soak all your bushings in white lithium grease. If you open your door and push down on the door sill and rock the car does it make the noise? Mine made a noise like a bird. Turned out to be the lca bushing...

Sometimes the lug socket that is inside the handle (that folds into itself) will vibrate and squeak.

you know what...

i always had this noise horrendously when i went over bumpy roads. however, last thursday i went to the track, so i took out my spare tire and jack. i reinstalled it when i got home. i haven't heard a rattle since. i think i may have accidently solved the creaking and chirping issue! lol you're the man.
i haven't noticed a single bump. i'll keep my ears out.

Friend of mine on this forum had the same problem. It was a simple click or chirp when traversing uneven pavement. It turned out to be the rear sway bar bushing.

as mentioned above lube the sway bar bushings. I tried silicone spray and it helped but the sound only went away after removing the bushings and lubing them up right.

not only the bushings, but you may have cracked bump stops if your car is lowered. i just found out mine were pretty bad. in which case it chirps like all hell! ahhh!

Lived with it for 2 years, then found out it was the spare tire not fastened tightly.
