Default O2 Sensor cause Misfire

My car's been acting wierd lately, it'll start fine, and then be sluggish.
The car will like bog down, and sputter. WOT is fine, which led me to think it's an O2 sensor. As it fits the profile, before the car is warm it idles ok (in open loop) and at WOT it's fine (In open loop).

I was driving to work this morning and the SES light started blinking, indicating misfires. Could this possibly be due to a faulty o2 sensor?

Rear O2s are deleted (with tune), front O2s are Bosche 13111s. I recently changed plugs (ngk-tr55).

Those are symptoms of a faulty O2 sensor. Make sure you inspect them and make sure they are tight in your collector before you go replacing.

Well, looking under the car I found my passanger side o2 wire dragging along the ground. I went by auto zone and bought another sensor, hopefully this cures it.

How's your car running Malco?

misfires can definately be a primary 02. i had an audi s4(i know its not the same but..) and you would be amazed at what just a primary 02 sensor can cause. misfires will be on multiple cylinders and all on that one bank if its the primary 02 causing it

I'll get it back from paint on friday or saturday, hopefully friday so i can throw my axles in saturday .

After the axles, i need to investigate an SES code for my 1-2 shift solenoid, electrical problems in the lights and radio, and stick some new rear pads and rotors in the beast. Not too much more to go before it's 184% again

New o2 seems to have cured the problem.

melchoir, did you scan your SES codes before you cleared them? I'm curious to know if you had misfire on multiple cylinders or just one..

I did not scan the codes, but after replacing the o2 and driving for a few miles the SES light went away entirely, and the problem has yet to resurface.
