Default seafoam , i know i know

hey guys my car has 44,000 miles on it now , i want to seafoam it and i will do the gas tank and add half can to the oil but is it really necessary to do the brake booster too or is too early?

It wont hurt and that is the most fun part. Why would you skip something like that!

Brake booster gets the top end....that was the whole reason I was wanting to do it.

LOL !! If you see the video of seafoaming orangeapeel did you would deff understand why you do the brake booster.........

Minimal carbon build-up > 44,000 mi of carbon build-up. And like they said...Its Fun!

+1 for the top end clean.

Just make sure that after the seafoam goes in the brake booster vac. line, shut car off and let it sit for 15 min for the seafoam to soak into/disolve the carbon. I seafoamed my car in the spring and I couldn't get it to die putting it into the boost vac. line.

do it its fun to see the smoke. i gained a few miles per gallon when i did this.

When I had the heads off of my '93 Ford Ranger 4.0L V-6 I put a few table spoons of seafoam into each cylinder and it soaked for about 2 weeks (I was adding some from time to time as well) The cylinders were all black with flaking carbon buildup on the pistons. Ok, so when I fired the truck up the first time I didn't get any smoke. bummer

i heard you hafta get your opil changes like 100 miles after you do the seafoam thing is this tru?

I waited like 250 miles. I don't think that it matters. I would not run it for the whole oil cycle though.
