sealing rocker bolts

I'm burning a lot of oil and going through the checklist... someone help me differentiate the intake rocker bolts from the exhaust, please

With the valve cover off. Look at the header. The rockers right above the header primary tubes are the exhaust rockers. It should be every other one.
