Question Oil pressure gauge problems?

I have a question because i dont think this is normal on my car but i just noticed it. Well i changed my oil awhile back and i have to change it again in about a month. Well i just noticed that my oil gauge drastically moves to the left when i step on the gas. Im wondering if this could post a threat to my car later on down the road? Any suggestions on how i can fix it?

It goes down when you step on the gas and up when you let off? Ouch. My Camaro did this and when I had the engine torn down, they found one of the rod journals was extremely worn. I'd had an oil pump fail and the dealer replaced it. This behavior started immediately after. The oil pressure was the only indication the engine gave that it was hurt. No weird noises at all once they replaced the oil pump.
