Question Help me diagnose my electrical problem!!

Its on a 200o TA, just bought a new battery 6 months ago when it was bought, So I dont think its the battery.

At idle, the voltmeter moves up and down slightly, but pretty fast, and stays around 13v. You can see the voltage changes in the lights of the gauges. They will go from bright to dim 3-4 times a second. Im thinking this might be the alternator, becasue, its only happening at idle, not when its RPMS are higher.

I dont want the flucuations to affect any vital organs.
