block sweating oil?

block sweating oil? I am looking at buying a 2003 5.3 All Aluminum engine, the guy selling it told me it was an engine that was replaced under warranty because the block "sweats oil" and the previous owner told GM they wanted a new engine instead of the epoxy fix that GM has. Has anyone ever heard of this? Should I be weary of this engine?
