Default rear glass seal

The rubber seal that surrounds the rear glass. Mines looking a little weathered ... up close it looks like crap.

Has anyone ever replaced theirs? If so, how did you do it?

I just greased mine up and it looked pretty good. What would make your's go bad so quickly?

to replace it you have to pull the back glass only way. The moulding is c shaped so it wraps around the glass.

I'm guessing the previous owner had kept it outside in the weather. It still seals, it just doesn't look good .. it's all patchy lookings.

My mistake, when I first read your thread I was thinking weatherstripping.
