Question Heater blowing very lightly . . . . help

i remember reading on here a while back that there is a easy way to clean out around the blower to removing leaves and debris. . .
heat blows hot, just not very hard.
any help appreciated.

Yeah, you just have to drop the blower assembly on the passenger side.


I think it's like 5 bolts around the base and then the "cage" thing just drops out of it's housing.

If you have all the fan speeds might not be leaves, but you never know. It's on the passenger side, remove the lower panel?, disconnect the electrical connector to the motor, remove 3 small bolts and the blower motor/cage comes right out.

If there is something in your cage you would be able to hear it. I am wondering if you have a blower speed problem.
The selector switch adds resistance to the motor allowing different speeds, when this switch fails (burns up internally) the motor can get stuck on one speed....hope this helps.
