Just the light in the switch? Is the ASR OFF working, no service vehicle light in the cluster on? If the system is working fine otherwise the switch just plugs in behind the bezel and easy to replace.

I'm not one for just replacing parts, but it's about $25 list at the dealership (PN 10273877 but doublecheck), still might be something else. Do you know someone with ASR on their car and can swap switches for a few seconds to make sure that's it? Don't want to recommend replacing the switch and you still having the same issue.

Mine went out about a year ago. I just went and bought a new switch for $25 and it fixed the problem. You might be able to just solder a new bulb in there but I broke the switch while trying to take it apart. Plus finding the bulb would be a pain in the ***. Your best bet is to just buy a new switch.

Why do you need the light in the switch?

You don't. LOL Mine has been out for months now and it doesn't affect one single thing. You already have the "ASR off" indication in the cluster to let you know what mode your ASR is in so why do you need the light? Save the $25 and don't worry about it.
