Default Vibration

I have a vibration in my car, it gets real bad in third around 2000 Rpm Besides that it does it a little bit in fourth, any ideas what it could be?? Out of balance drive shaft, maybe wheels, or could i have a siezed u-joint, it also makes a bit of a clunk shifting into gear....So im thinkin it might be time for new u-joints...anyhelp is appreciated.

Many of these trannies clunk when they shift. I've had vibes from over-tightened u joints, out of bal tire, bad drive shaft, and now with a solid trans mount I get it in 3rd gear....too many possibilites. Sorry.

Anyone check wheel bearings?

I had this problem on my full size truck. Sounded like a hum and slight vibration, ended up being front driver's side wheel bearing.

I had a 94 camaro that did that, it was due to the driveshaft/u-joints.
