I'm trying to see if NGK's are actually a good all-around plug for cars in general or if they just work really well with our cars. The reason I'm thinking about it is because whenever I work on my friend's cars, I always find myself debating which plugs to get. I put NGK's sometimes but this time I thought I'd try the Bosch platinum's (single prong, no multi-prong sh*t). I even went so far as to post up on a honda forum (b/c the car i'm putting them in is a '02 civic) and the few people who posted said Bosch's were pretty good. It obviously isn't as largely a debated topic on other boards obviously, but was just wondering what everyone's experience was with them in general. Which ones worked well? Which ones did not? What was the car, was it a daily driver, what was the driving style, etc.?

I don't know what's in my olds... maybe original My brother in law changed 'em when he did the HG on it so I have no idea, probably delcos, what he uses on most GMs there.

NGK in the Mercruiser 4.3 and 9.9 4 stroke outboard, fairly good overall they do get fouled if I run thru some intake cleaner thru the 9.9(but it trolls at low Revs), everything else is GM so it gets AC Delco
