Is it just the bolt heads that are stripped? If so get a bolt removing kit from Sears and it will get em right out.

Get a removing kit, they come in handy anyway. It spiraled teeth in it that cut into the stripped head and grip it. Just take the remover and put it on the head and hit it with a hammer a few times to seat it good, then get a wrench on it and break it loose. Too easy.
