Default sponge or mitt!

hey this might sound dumb, but i just wanted to see what you guys are using when washing your car? do u guys use the hand mitt, or the sponge? cuz i read somewhere that swirl marks and stuff like that may be caused by what yur washing yur car with.

I use a microfiber mitt...I've tried microfiber sponges, and they works well except for fitting underneath the spoiler in the rear. That's the only reason why I use the mitts...probably not the answer you were looking for though.

okay! ill look into those microfiber ones. i was using some cheap $1 sponge. im also trying to look for one thats some what rough and strong enough to scrub off the filth on the car but at the same time wont scratch the car.

i bought a bag of 12 microfiber towels from walmart for like $5. those towels are pretty damn good. heck of a deal.

Always use a mitt, never a sponge. A mitt pulls the dirt away from the scrubbing surface while a sponge does not.
