Default Emission?

I went to get my car tested today and it failed...........? they said it was because of the battery being unplugged to recently, and I need to drive it to let it cycle, but its been over a week since the battery has been unplugged, any suggestions of how to get it to pass?

Same thing happened to me. It takes some time and different driving cycles for everything to get pased the readiness checks. Drive it highway and city more and it should pass. I think I put about 200 miles on mine before it passed.

Some of the OBD diagnostic tests take a lot longer than others to complete. I used to have a link to the OBD drive cycle needed for all tests to complete, but I can't seem to find it. That would allow you to be test-ready within about 30 mins of driving per the instructions listed. Maybe someone else here has the link.

Usually one of the last tests to complete is the EVAP system. A quick way to get that one to complete is to accelerate up to about 55mph and coast back down to about 30mph.
