Default Window does not seal. Pics inside

alright guys so i have had this problem since i bought the car and today its nice outside and i want to fix it. so here we go. On my passenger side my window does not seal the correct way. It rains some times in my car. This **** has got to stop. take a look

here is a pic of the driver side. The one that seals the correct way it may be hard to see in the pic but the window in the one below goes all the way up inside

So my question is has any on ever had this problem before and if so how can i fix it. I can go out there and take it all apart but i wanted to see if any one had any other ideas about what might be broken before i go preform surgery on my baby

I cant see the pics but sometimes my window isnt strong enough to get all the way up so Ive to open the door and then put the window up for it to close properly...

My passenger window is weak and does not seal all the way because it can't power its self all the way up. If i open the door the window will go up the entire way and seals pretty decent. There is some compound that you can jam in the weather stripping to build it up. I think you can pick it up at any auto parts store. Its kind of like tar, comes in a roll.
