My Formula idles arounds 1050rpm. Whay would it idle so high? It did it stock and it now does it with headers, exhaust, etc. as well. I haven't found any vacuum leaks or anything. Any ideas?

101,000 miles. Brand new K&N filter. How do you reset the IAC?

If you bought the car used the previous owner may have drilled out a hole in the TB plate, check it. Also make sure that the TB is completely closed when you arent touching the gas. Scan the TPS too when the car is on, it shoulkd be at zero percent when you arent touching the gas.

What method are you using to determine the idle speed? A scanner or the stock tach?

If that 1050 number is just what you see on the tach, don't even worry about it. Get a scanner, and you'll see what the real idle speed is. Mine shows about 100-200rpm higher than my actual idle speed (as shown on my OBD scanner) as well.

For an M6 car, your factory idle speed setting is 800rpm.

I am going by the stock tach but the engine is running fast. I don't need to look at the tach to show me that. It may be a bit off but I know that it is running at at least 1000rpm.
