Default Vibration at idle

I have a vibration that I can feel in the pedals, shifter, steering wheel and seat. It occurs at idle and will be for like 3 seconds stop for about 3 and start again. Feels like something is going under a load, like when you load test a car. Very slight but enough to bother. Ive monitored the alternator and oil pressure and rpms when this happens nothing changes. Anyone experience this?

Mine does this sometimes in the cold too. Doesnt shake the steering wheel, but the seats, and shifter will shudder for a few seconds then stop, then 5 seconds later it will do it again. Comes and goes, kinda weird. Also noticed my exhaust shakes pretty hard, I dont think I have a loose hanger or anything.

one thing i would recommend doing is picking up a can of Mass Air Flow Sensor Cleaner and clean the MAF. it's made by CRC and can be picked up at oreillys or advance auto, etc. for about $7. Took the shudder i had at idle away.
