Default fuel injection flush?

Is the professional flush from a mechanic worth the $150 or is the $10 additive that you can buy at the parts store good enough? Opinions? Thanks in advance.

check out choco's sticky on how to seafoam your car. this process is just as good maybe even better than the "professional" flush of pour some crap in the tank and run some more through injectors. the seafoam process actually cleans the entire topside of engine. it olny cost around $15 and maybe an hour of your time. my $.02

+1. The sticky is very detailed . I use to take my cars to "professionals" to flush my car I would watch them but they only did a half way flush unlike the steps on the sticky . SEAFOAM your car . MY $.02 too
