Default Odd Rotational Squeaking

So I took my car out after winter storage, changed oil, rotated tires etc. After driving it for about 2 days i started hearing a squeak coming from the front drivers side wheel. It only squeaks when the brake is not applied. I don't know what it could be from. Maybe the rim shifting around, or just some rust? Any ideas would be appreciated.

Just got done checking the rotors, not warped, no brake dust, plenty of pad left...I'm clueless right now. I'm getting my alignment fixed tomorrow...Could misalignment be the cause??

It is possible. On the other hand i bought it. The pads are supposed to have anti squeak grease/spray applied to the back of them. Try some of that it worked for me.

had the same issue... brake grease on the pad was the fix....but a bad hub bearing would be the worst case

I am getting it looked at tomorrow by a good friend who is a mechanic. He'll be able to hear it and guess right away. So we'll see what happens...

ok so apparently it is not the hub bearing, or the brake pad. It was....Some little "feeler pin". It was a little pin that sits by the pad to let the computer know when it's getting worn. It got bent and was getting nudged everytime the wheel went around. If i can find out the technical name I'll let you guys know.

How come I don't get a 'feeler pin'?
