Default driver side window fixed :)

http://shbox.com/page/windowmotor15.html

i used that guys page. everytihng is identical between his lt1 and my ls1.

i bought the new motor from Advante auto for 50 bucks. took me about 1 1/2 hours. mainly because i wanted to make sure and lube it good so the motor will last.

i will say when you do this. Do wear protective glove/goggle and some kind of dust mask. because the door is made out of very brittle fiberglass and once oyu start drilling it goes everywhere.

but i am happy i can now put my top back down. and more importantly go through drivethroughs!!!!!!

i just did mine about two days ago, easy as cake, hardest part was i did it all alone and it was like 10pm and was using a cheap lightsource and had trouble lining up the holes to put the nuts/bolts on to hold the new motor in place, but its cake other than that. just picked up my nuts/bolts from lowes (used a motor i had in another door that worked fine) hated having to stand outside my car at drivethroughs, embarassing as hell lol

good luck w/ the install
