90,000 Miles Gcs Any Good

Is GCS too thin for a car with this many miles? I've heard its thick for strait 30w but will it be okay to run?

I started running it at 95k. I'm at 130k now and haven't had any problems. I get the normal ls1 oil consumption like most other people.
