antifreeze leak!

Default antifreeze leak!

I have some antifreeze leaking from somewhee im not sure yet... but it only seems to leak when its sitting there turned off... if anyone knows whats going on please help.... thanks

it leaks when its just sitting there because it doesnt have the pressure of when the cars on moving.....check your hose fitments first then gaskets and work from there

Have you checked the hoses, clamps and around the head gasket? Check around the water pump also. Do you see smoke coming from the tailpipe when you start the car? Is there an odor of antifreeze coming in from the vents or inside the vehicle?

What would be the cause ofthe ANtifreeze odor coming from the vents?

I mentioned that because someone else was having issues a while back with a strong smell on the inside of the vehicle. He assumed it was coming in through the vents but the leak was actually running down the back of the firewall (under pressure) and causing the strong smell inside the vehicle. That would narrow down the location of the leak.
