Default Why won't my driver window close flush with the door?!

Passenger door shuts flush and is fine...

Drivers door doesn't! Why?!

I just put on 2 new brass window stops on the drivers side door because the old ones were broken and scratched up my tint, as you can see in the pics. Yes, I know, I need a detail big time leave me alone!

But I have to lower the window and raise it with the door closed when I'm inside to get it to close flush otherwise if I just shut it then it sticks out because the weather stripping is stopping it. What's causing this? Did I put the brass stops on wrong or something? Do I need to move the glass inside the door to refit it?

The window is slightly out of alignment. Take apart the inside of the door panel and adjust a few of the screws on the window motor if it has been replaced and it should close fine afterwards. I just recently did this with mine for the same problem you are having.

I just had this fixed also. The dealership remounted the arm that is holding the window. The bolt was grinding the original hole making it larger and the window would sag or have a gap and not be flush.

This also stopped the all famous t-top leaking.
