no...its a cam only ms3 ls1 ls6 intake longtubes and a mail order tune/touched up dyno tune for the motor

i had it ok but i never knew you were supposed to adjust the tps back to zero by resetting it...i was simply turning the screw up 1/8 turn at a time...
the idle is set for 950, 5% load in gear i think...

i got it to be fine when warm, but it will occasionally die...this was idleing about 1200....if i go any higher the idle just keeps going up, about 1400 and it surges
cant go any lower it wont idle when it goes into gear....

and when its cold no way...wont idle unless you rev it a few times and let it clowly come back down....

and we have to tap the gas to start it, everytime it starts...

Reset your idle screw back to stock, unhook the IAC and TPS and turn the key on but dont start it, a couple of seconds later turn key off and rehook the sensors back up. Turn key back on, wait a couple of seconds and start the engine. It will relearn what it can and see what it does and that might fix you up. If it doesnt then you may need a new tune or you may have a sensor bad...if its not a vacuum leak.

If the IAC counts are 0, the car is getting too much air and the IAC is closed all of the way trying to compensate. At start up (when cold), it's normal for it to be in the 100's because idle speeds are usually higher. To me, it sounds like whoever tuned the car didn't get the idle right at all. Either that or there's a mechanical problem (like a vacuum leak). I'd take it back and tell them what's going on.
