Default fuel problem

Alright the problem I am having is that I can fully fill my tank on my car. I know the thing is empty and It will stop after two gallons and I have to put in about a gallon at a time and the damn hose kicks it self off. Almost like something is stopping the fuel from going in. Any help would be appreciated thanks

The gas tanks in our cars are not vented, so slow down filling the tank a bit. Do not try to put gasoline in the tank faster than the air can get out. If you do, you creat an air bubble in the tank and nothing is going in until the air gets out.
