Default Head light problem.......

I noticed that the drivers side head light look as if it was out so I pulled over and I saw that all four head lights were on. The pass side head light was the only light that was bright. The other three were on but dimly lit. Has any ever had this issue?

Is anything else dim? How many volts are you at?

Nothing else is dim. All four light are lit with three of the four are dim and the other is normal. The bright light in the dash is dim lit as well but the lights are not on bright. When turning on the bright lights on the three dim lights go out and the one light goes bright.

It's a bad ground on the side of the car with two dim lights.
On my 02, the headlights are grounded by a screw/bolt on top of the radiator support directly back from the inner headlight. There's a ground wire for each side of the car.

Check the wire at the bolt.
Check the wire and connector at the Low beam bulb.
If OK, trace the wire back thru the looms and find the break.
