ok guys im down to advance auto parts or gm oem waterpump. I know hte one from advance has a lifetime warranty and want ot know how much the oem one is. Whats the oem parts number for a 99 z28 waterpump? what about advance water pumps are they any good? I know they say it has a lifetime warranty but im kind of skeptical about it? ........help someone i need to order from one or the other by tomarrow evening so i can get my car fixed soon as possible......

Did you make a decision? I think I need to replace mine and the dealer wants $401 and they have to order it... And none of the local parts places have one in stock.

i was going to go with the oem one but its was way too expensive...i eneded up going after market with one from napa...i think it was at about $150ish w/life time warranty. its been on there for over a yr and no probs.

what about an electric one? ive seen a few in the for-sale section for around 350 in the last few days.
