Default How Do You Adjust The Fog Lights On A Firebird

So How do You adjust the factory fog lights? Mine are great for looking under the front end of MY car...! I cant even tell when their on...only by the switch lamp.

theres a screw above the light assembly, tighten it....

And this screw is visiable from the front of the car or behind the bumper facia?

front of the car but you have to get down even with the fog lights to see it
