Car will not start,please help!! **VIDEO**

I recently installed a set of rear Bilstein struts and Eibach springs and now when i try to start the car,it just clicks like there is a short or something. I unpluged NOTHIGN electrical while installing these. Car did sit in the garage for about 3-4 days without bieng started. Only mods are intake,pro 5.0,LT4 knock module and 1LE elbow on a 95 z28.
