Default Brake squeeks interpreted?

I've got pretty new brakes including new rotors, calipers and pads but the front left brake makes a little squeeking noise sometimes. What does that usually mean? Loose bolt, nut, unsmooth rotor surface? Where should I check for lube? Or WHERE should I lube?

sounds like a little dust left over...you can lube the caliper in three points...also can feel the rotors by finger and see if they are uneven
