02 sensors..front and rear same??

02 sensors..front and rear same?? Are front and rear o2 sensors the same? So there are right side and left side sensors it looks like. I would assume they are same just the harness length is different?
I have buddy with bad front o2 passenger side. So can we just use the back passenger side one .I can program out the rear anyway for him with my hptuners.
