Default A-Pillar gauge pod light wiring

Which wire should I be tapping off of for the A-pillar gauge lights? How do I get to it?

Having issues with my gauge pod lights not turning on with the headlight switch. They used to work just fine but aren't anymore. Someone else installed them and I tried looking at the wiring but just figured I'll run new wire.

Is the green wire the input wire to the switch, or is that the dimmer wire? I'd like to be able to dim my gauges with the dash. Haven't gotten around to wiring them up yet.
