Default engine misfire help

while driving my car today i got a blinking service engine light and all of asudden it was misfireing at low rpms such as 900 it is horrible and at 2000 rpm its not too bad. first thing i did was check codes and i got a 300 and 412 code the 300 is multiple misfire and 412 is air solenoid control circuit.Could the air control circuit be the problem at all any input would be great. Too let you know also the airpump was removed and i had a 410 code for awhile beause of it but never noticed the 412 code.

check the plugs, and get new wires for starters. i wouldnt think that the air solenoid control would be the culprit, but ive never seen the code.
