Default Easy Job Gone Hard, Y Pipe

So I got a new Y Pipe for my 99 TA. I'm not very mechanical but I thought I'd give it a try since it looked rather easy. Everything is going great, I have most of the old one off, except for the drivers side cat which is attached to the manifold. Now here's where the fun began. I broke one of the bolts off, and the other two are so rusted on that they won't budge. Even if they do budge, the studs look weak from all of the rust and they'll probably break too. I knew I should have taken this to my local muff shop, but for once I'd like to think I could do a "bolt-on" mod. Any suggestions?

When I did my y-pipe I just busted all the bolts cause they were so rusted there was no way they were coming of without breaking. I then just got 4 bolts and 4 nuts from the hardware store. Drilled out the old studs on the cats and and put the bolts threw and bolted it up. Yours is differnt in the sense because your cat's are setup different than and 01.

Ok, this weekend I will get an easy-out and take the studs and broken nut out. Is there a certain type of bolt I should use to replace the studs with?
