Wierd Spark plug fouling

Wierd Spark plug fouling Well my 94 Camaro Z28 started running pretty rough and I noticed after looking between the O2L and O2R banks on my scanmaster that something was up. So I pulled all my plugs on the motor this morning and every plug on the passenger's side is completely black and fouled. The wierd thing is all the plugs on the driver side look near perfect. Im for sure buying a new set of plugs, but Im just wondering if there is some other issue that I should be looking for since every plug on the passenger's side was black and fouled and the driver's side was fine. Any ideas guys?
