Default Driver Side DRL

I did a quick search and couldnt find anything so here we go. . . . .every month or so my driver side DRL/ Blinker will go out. The weird thing is that the bulb still flashes when I lock my doors. What can I do to fix it?

i do know that the sockets for the bulbs do have the problem with burning up. Check the socket and see if it is melted or black you may have to change your socket

Probably the socket, you can get one at the dealership if you feel like being violated.

Autozone part number 85881 in the aisle with electrical stuff. $8.

Wire crimper, crimp connectors, eletrical tape, and don't forget the bulb grease. And prayer that the socket drops low enough that you don't have to put both hands and the crimper inside that little panel. If the socket doesn't drop low enough it can be done but its not fun.

Thanks, I guess I can expect it to not drop down far enough... cuz that would just be too convenient.
