Default volt meter prob

volt gauge drops crazy. below the yellow. tried new alternator...nothing. got my stock one tested. it was fine. replaced and checked all connections and checked for corrosion. nada..out of ideas....even have new batt....also took off all extra stuff like nitrous connections and amp...any help would be awsum..thanx guys

so i replaced the "excitor wire".now voltmeter is fine once i start up. but when i take off the e-brake & hit the brakes it drops down 2 yellow. when a/c/ comes on its even worse....any guesses now? thanx

Gotta be in the wiring.. The wire going from the alternator to the battery was rubbing my alternator, almost cutting straight through. I had similar problems.
