Might be a wheel sensor. Usually the ABS INOP and ASR OFF lights both come on for a wheel sensor.
See if you could get someone to pull a code with a tuning suite or a Tech2. It won't be readable with a normal scan tool.
Closest I venture is Russellville so I can't help you on that one.
