Default Puddle of Water Under Car?

I woke up Saturday morning and looked under my car and saw that there was a puddle of water (NOT coolant, 100% water) under my passenger side header collector. It is definitely coming from above as I could see it dripping from the header.

The car has not seen rain since I took ownership of it in February as well. What in the heck could this be? I ran the heater Friday night for the first time since February ... maybe it has something to do with the heater, but I thought coolant ran through the heater not water?

sounds like condensation coming from the heater/ac nothing to worry about...unless its got coolant in it.

I knew about A/C condensation as it happens often, but I didn't know that the heater would cause condensation too. Thanks.

It will run the a/c and heat in the floor heat/windshield defrost position.
