white smoke...sometimes???
I have been noticing that every once in awhile while my car is idileng(sp?) that white smoke comes out. I have been reading other posts on this and apparently its a sign of a blown head gasket and the car is burning coolant. The weird thing is that it doesn't always do it when it is ideling, just once in awhile. The exhaust smells more like fuel than anything to me. Whadafuxup? I am currently letting the car cool down so I can pop the radiator cap and see if it is low or not. The car never gets hotter than normal.

Something else to check assuming the coolant level is fine, I had a similar problem and turned out the line to my vacuum modulator had broken inside the trans and was sucking trans fluid into the intake. Smoke still smelled normal, not like coolant and it only happened once in awhile.
