I have a 1998 camaro ss my problem is the idling it usually idles at 1,000 rpm but now if you rev it up at all it idles at 1,500 rpm it has an electric motor and a throttle sensor and i'm thinking that one of the two went bad what do you think?

First thing you should do is check if the throttle is sticking. Next thing to do is include some more details about what you're working with. Cant be much help when you're that vague.
